This is a valuable resource for you and your child. This website is your replacement for eayso.org. This site also will be your means of registering your child for soccer seasons as well as your chance to sign up for volunteer positions.

To begin:
1. Go to the website mentioned earlier.
2. Click on the Register Now tab in the right hand corner.
3. Sign in using your old credentials from eayso.org or if necessary create new credentials for first time users. Save this somewhere as we do not have this information saved somewhere for if you forget.
4. Click on the name of the person you wish to register or update.
5. Fill out the form and check information.
6. Be sure to type in the e-sign line
7. Check and click all required fields showing you have read the important information.
8. After you have completed the form, print two copies of the registration papers for your participant.
9. Be sure to print the Concussion form as well. This will need to be signed and turned in.
